UNLOCK NEW MTS MBLAZE HUAWEI EC1561 MODEM

All CDMA datacards are locked by SPC codes, so all you need is to find out the SPC code of modem.
Here is the deatailed procedure of unlocking NEW Huawei ec1561,

First of all you need cdma tools., download those from below links

Procedure:-

1.Install downloaded softwares.
2.Connect your datacard and find your modem's APPLICATION INTERFACE.
3.Open DFS tool and connect application interface port.

4.For old modems send spc 000000 and see the result., if the spc is wrong then go to memory tab, click on type as CEFS then click on Read.
5.After reading the CEFS it will show you SPC codes in result at the right side of the window.
6.Click them one by one you will get your SPC except default 000000.

7.Now send the SPC from left upper corner of window and see the result.

8.Now you can change your SPC whatever you want by clicking programming tab.
9.After unlocking you have to configure your RUIM. This can be easily done with CDMA WORKSHOP.
