How to Setup The Mastertools Box?
1.We suggest to all to use Win XP because this Operating System is working all over the world for GSM Field.
2.as a new user Before install MasterTools u should format ur c drive and give new OS
3.as a old user before install new update follow 2nd step it is so helpful for you
4.if u don’t wish to do new OS then follow it
uninstall old setup
delete the MasterTools folder From (C:\Program Files\MasterBox)
restart pc
install update setup exe
5.then install WindowsInstaller-KB893803-v2-x86
6.then install vcredist_x86
7.then install dotNetFx40_Full_x86_x64
8.then install dotnetfx35

My Phone Connect Ok But Fail To Read Info. What is Problem?
Phone is Protected with Boot Keys, So need to find Boot Key and when Click Read Info Button Need Keep Press Boot Keys.
When You Keep Press Boot Keys Your phone will not Power ON with Press Power ON Button
About Boot key
1. Some Phone Have One one button
2. Some Phone Two Keys
3. Some time we Miss Vol -, Vol +, cam button, Lock button, Etc ..
Finally I can say, you Just find carefully. First try Singal key press then connect Cable if no success
Than try Press Two keys than Connect Cable, Sure We know some time Its difficult to find but if u need something New Than you can Give some time To find Solution:)
